The Cure To Pimple Outbreaks and Acne Outbreaks

The cure is very simple and cost nothing at all.

  • Sleep at least 7 hours and no less
  • Have as little stress as possible
  • Have a proper diet (will explain this in the next section)
  • NEVER skip meals
  • If you’re on medications or supplements, get alternatives or consult your doctor.

 

Of course not, you simply need to simply do a few. Remember, you just need to bring your hormone levels back to appropriate levels.

When you eat a bar of chocolate or candy, your body experiences a surge of insulin and cortisol hormones to bring the sugar level down. During this stage, your hormone level has increased from a normal level.

 

Let me explain it to you in a scientific example:
Let’s assume that the appropriate hormone level should be less than 100 and your body’s hormone levels are fluctuating around 70-80. After eating a bar of chocolate, the level is now 85-95. Then you become stress over some matters, the level rises to 115.
Your hormone levels have over exceeded the appropriate levels, therefore your sebaceous glands is secreting excess sebum than normal. Your pores will get clogged very easily.

Then you had insufficient sleep on that night, because of that you get stressed very easily during the next day. The hormone level increases to 105. You drank cups of coffee with sugar and milk. (Milk contains androgens – will explain more on diet section). So the hormone surges to 125. Skin is oilier than before! Pores get clogged easily.

 

Imagine this goes on for at least a month. Whoa!

 

If you sleep at least 7 hours everyday, you won’t be so stressful and this will not cause any increase in hormone levels.
And if you learnt to control your stress well, it also won’t increase your hormone levels. So even if you still drink coffee now, your hormone levels won’t over exceed the appropriate levels.
